The Seasonal crew package
Professional crew management for private and charter yachts up to 30 meters—for a few weeks, a sailing trip, or the full season.
Crew are employed and managed by Crew on Sea; we handle contracts, payroll, insurance, travel, and accommodation—you don’t employ anyone.
One fixed, all-in price covers all crew costs (no hidden fees).
Licensed, experienced crew are selected to your program and work exclusively for your yacht during the service period.
If your yacht isn’t in use and Crew on Sea places your assigned crew on another vessel, you receive a money-back credit for those days.

- Crew Contracts: Employment agreements are issued and handled entirely by Crew on Sea.

The flexible crew package
The Flexible Crew Package is designed for yacht owners and management companies who know how many days they’ll need professional crew, but aren’t sure when they’ll need them.
It’s available for private and charter yachts up to 30 meters, and gives you complete freedom to plan crew service around your own sailing schedule.
Before the start of the season, you decide on the number of service days you’d like to reserve.
You pay for those days up front, and then use them whenever you like within the selected service period — whether for a weekend trip, a family cruise, or several shorter outings throughout the season.
All crew under this package are employed and managed directly by Crew on Sea, so you are never responsible for contracts, payroll, or administration.
We take care of every detail — including employment agreements, salary payments, insurance, travel, and accommodation — ensuring your crew is always fully prepared and supported.
For the Mediterranean summer, the Flexible Crew Package follows three service periods:
Low Season 1: 1 April – 30 June
High Season: 1 July – 31 August
Low Season 2: 1 September – 31 October
You can select the number of days you need for one, two, or all three periods — depending on how often you plan to use your yacht.
The package is offered at a fixed, all-in daily rate that includes all crew-related costs — no hidden fees or extra charges.
Every crew member is licensed, experienced, and carefully selected to match your yacht and program.
Crew on Sea provides the same professional standards and management as with our Seasonal Package, giving you flexibility, reliability, and complete peace of mind — wherever your plans take you.
