As a Dedicated Stewardess at Crew on Sea, you are assigned exclusively to a 28-meter yacht for a five-month Mediterranean season based in the South of France.

You remain attached to this vessel for the full duration of the contract, ensuring continuity, consistency, and high interior standards throughout the season.

On a yacht of this size, interior presentation and guest experience are central. You are responsible for maintaining a professional, organised, and welcoming onboard environment during both private owner use and potential charter periods.

Your responsibilities include:

• Full interior maintenance and presentation

• Cabin preparation and daily housekeeping

• Guest welcome and onboard service

• Table setting and meal service support

• Laundry management and interior organisation

• Inventory control of interior supplies

• Assisting with provisioning coordination

• Supporting smooth guest flow and onboard atmosphere

On a 28-meter yacht, attention to detail is essential. Storage systems, service timing, and presentation standards must be maintained consistently over a long operational season.

Unlike short-term or rotational roles, this is a stable seasonal position. You develop detailed knowledge of the yacht’s layout, storage systems, service rhythm, and owner preferences. This consistency ensures efficiency and a high level of service throughout the season.

To qualify, you must hold:

• STCW Basic Safety

• Security Awareness

• Valid medical certificate

In addition, you must:

• Have previous yacht or high-end hospitality experience

• Be highly organised and detail-oriented

• Be comfortable working through a full Mediterranean season

• Speak fluent English (spoken and understood)

• Maintain professional appearance and discretion at all times
