We are looking for an experienced and motivated Stewardess to join a brand-new 24-meter catamaran, supported by a chase boat.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service on board, while maintaining the yacht to excellent standards from day one.

About the role

As Stewardess, you are in charge of the interior. From guest service to housekeeping, you ensure everything on board runs smoothly and professionally.

You will work closely with the Captain and Deckhand, as well as supporting operations between the main yacht and the chase boat when required. Clear communication and teamwork are key.

Key responsibilities

• Full interior management of the yacht

• High-standard housekeeping and detailing

• Guest service (food & beverage service, hosting)

• Laundry and wardrobe management

• Provisioning and stock control

• Assisting with guest activities and coordination with the chase boat

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Stewardess on yachts

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Strong service mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently on a smaller vessel

• Good communication skills and positive attitude

• STCW Basic Safety Training

• ENG1 (or equivalent medical)
